On March 29th at 2225, Huntingtown was dispatched for a structure fire in the 100 block of W Mt. Harmony Road.
Chief 6 arrived to find an auto body shop in a strip mall with fire showing from the building and multiple exposures surrounding.
Engine 61 arrived and stretched two attack lines, one to the exposures, and the other to the fire building.
Tanker 6 arrived and assisted with water supply. Engine 62 arrived and stretched a line to the rear of the building and assisted with extinguishment.
Units operated for approximately 3 hours before returning to service. Many thanks to our Auxiliary for providing drinks and snacks to the fire ground.
